All of our lots are nestled within a peaceful gated community. Every lot is a stamped concrete pad with sod grass installed around the edges. Water, electric, sewer, and 30/50 Amp hook-up are included. You can also enjoy yourself at the beach in the state park next door. Don’t forget to bring your boat! Cricket Creek marina is adjacent to us and offers gas, boat slips and boat ramps. If you don't feel like getting in the lake there is a gorgeous pool for swimming and relaxing. The pool has a shaded cabana area for drinks and getting out of the sun, while there is plenty of places to lay out around the pool and work on your tan. Attached to the pool area there is a heated and air-conditioned club house for getting out of the heat and having a get-together with family and friends. There is also a small kitchen area for you to use to serve food for your party. On the side of the club house we have a very clean shower house and a very nice laundry room for your convenience (see pictures below).
